Vatu Mauri Consortium comprises representatives of the major civil society groupings for women, youth, chiefs and faith-based organisations.
These are:
- Vanuatu National Council of Women
- Vanuatu National Youth Council
- National Council of Chiefs
- Vanuatu Christian Council
The consortium also has members from sector-specific NGOs:
- Vanuatu Education Policy Advocacy Coalition
- Women Against Crime and Corruption
- Indigenous Peoples Association
- Vanuatu Environment Advocacy Network
The Vatu Mauri Consortium was established by members of Vanuatu civil society to develop mechanisms to connect local grass roots and associations to access development funding and assistance via the consortium.
