The Role
In this phase 2 of the Pacific Climate Change Collaboration, Influencing and Learning (PACCCIL) project, the role of the MEAL coordinator is instrumental in working with relevant team members within OiP and partners in aligning the project strategically to the Theory of Change, MEAL Framework for OiP as well support partners and stakeholders in any MEAL capacity required.
The purpose of the MEAL role is to coordinate all Monitoring and Evaluation work for the project and to support partners where necessary. In addition, work to administer all the learning work of the project to inform key national, regional and international climate advocacy policy and practice and vice versa.
You Will Have
- Experience in the development and implementation of programme quality, monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and impact assessments
- Experience and understanding of a range of approaches to program planning, design, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation in long term development, humanitarian or advocacy work and of developing integrated programs
- Experience producing reports and publications for a range of different audiences
- Experience supporting the capacity building of staff networks, including delivering appropriate outcome-focused training programs
- Experience in the development and implementation of strategy
